The fees are billed annually with no major upfront costs for onboarding.  The overall cost is primarily determined by the scope of the implementation & integration, and the number of user licenses. Discounts are offered for larger license counts and long-term contracts.

Yes, support is included in the price. The 4castplus customer service team is responsive, knowledgeable, and driven to resolve issues quickly.  Your users can reach out to support by email, phone, or the in-app support form.

No, all 4castplus modules are natively integrated together.  There are no bolt-on modules required for implementation.

In addition to licenses, implementation, integration and training, 4castplus fees include the following:

Yes, we offer several add-on products that you can optionally add to your 4castplus solution. These include:

  1. PowerBI Analytics. This enables you to attach PowerBI (or other analytics tool) to your 4castplus database.
  2. AP Automation. This provides OCR and automated vendor invoice matching as an add-on for streamlined AP processing.
