Implementation Leadership

• 4castplus Implementation Manager – We assign a dedicated 4castplus Implementation Manager who works closely with your internal lead to track milestones, address challenges, and keep the project on course.
• Your Implementation Lead – We recommend you assign a single Implementation Lead on your side—someone with the authority to coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, and keep communication flowing between teams.

Your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Your internal experts play a vital role in shaping the implementation. Their input ensures the system reflects how your business truly operates. Typical roles include:

• Project Managers & Coordinators
• Project Controls Specialists
• Estimators & Schedulers

System Administration & Project Controls Specialists

Your System Administrator will serve as your internal point person for day-to-day support, system access, and coordination with 4castplus. This role typically requires a time commitment of about 8 hours per week during implementation.

For larger or more complex organizations, we also recommend assigning a Project Controls Specialist to help structure and optimize cost management workflows from the start.

At 4castplus, we understand that launching a new system is a critical moment for your organization—and we make sure you’re fully prepared before going live. Our structured pre-launch process is designed to minimize disruption, validate performance, and give your team confidence from day one. Here’s how we ensure a smooth transition:

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Before full deployment, we guide your key team members through final testing using predefined, real-world scenarios. This validation step ensures workflows are functioning exactly as intended. It’s a final checkpoint to confirm the system meets your expectations.

Training Program

We work with you to build a customized training schedule aligned with your team’s structure, availability, and learning needs. Our goal is to ensure every user—from field to finance—has the knowledge and tools to use 4castplus confidently and effectively.

Go Live & System Launch

Once training is complete and UAT is signed off, we confirm your Go Live date and support it with a clear internal communication plan. The system launches with all necessary data in place, and our team remains fully engaged to provide immediate support.

Post-Go Live Support (45 Days)

Your dedicated implementation team stays with you for 45 days after launch to address any issues, questions, or adjustments—ensuring a seamless transition. After that, you’ll move into our ongoing support program, known for its responsiveness and industry expertise.
