Did You Know? You Can Measure Project Progress Using Rules Of Credit

Track Progress with Rules of Credit

4castplus includes multiple methods for measuring project progress, including the use of Rules of Credit and Weighted Steps.

Each workpackage (activity) on the project can be configured with the progress method that best fits how it should be measured for percent complete.  Rules of Credit is an ideal method for workpackages that can be naturally broken down into multiple sub-steps that can each be measured. Each of these sub-steps (rules of credit) can be configured as either a milestone or a weighted.  Milestone rules of credit are binary in that they are either complete or not. Weighted Steps rules of credit are each configured to be incrementally completed using a quantity and a unit of measure.  Both milestone and weighted steps carry a weighting that determines their individual contribution to the overall percent complete of the parent workpackage.
